Empire Maine Coons is a small, family-run cattery in Rockford, IL, built on a genuine love for this extraordinary breed. We didn't get into breeding to run a business — we got into it because Maine Coons captured our hearts and we wanted to share that with others.
We offer both European and Traditional Maine Coons, each hand-selected for outstanding temperament, robust health, and the kind of striking good looks that stop people in their tracks. Our breeding cats come from respected catteries across the US and internationally.

Our kittens are registered with TICA. They're born in our living room, grow up underfoot, and leave us only when we're confident they're healthy, socialized, and going to a home that's ready for them.
We're based in Rockford, IL, incorporated in Wisconsin, and offer pick-up locations in both states. We work with families across Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, Missouri, and beyond.
